The article is about the loophole in the law that prevents ALL people driving without a license from being charged with involuntary manslaughter.  To pin the whole problem on illegal immigrants is scapegoating of the worst kind.  The solution is to fix the right law - the one pertaining to having a driver's license - and not simply and blindly to deport immigrants.
